Caboodleofcandles.com WILL NOT sell, share or give your personal information to
anyone under any circumstances. The information you give to us is only for completing your
transactions and for our records. We have taken all precautions in making sure that your
privacy and online security is up to the highest standards. All personal information is
protected through our (SSL) Secure Server Software with (Yahoo & Paypal) which fully
encrypts it an make it only accessible to us here at Caboodle of Candles.
Shipping
We will ship our orders as fast as we possibly can, but sometimes things happen and there might be a
delay. Our normal ship time is 7-10 business days. We find using UPS allows us to make our ship
times. If for any reason there is a delay we will notify you immediately via email or telephone.
Returns
We hope that you will love all of our products as much as we do; we do know that we can’t please
everyone all of the time. With that said here is the return policy. We want you to be delighted with
your purchase and we will do what needs to be done to make sure you are satisfied. With our 100%
guarantee we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 15 days. If the return is
an error on our part, your shipping costs will be refunded. Simply email us at
info@caboodleofcandles.com before you ship the items and tell us what will be in the box. We will
then issue you a control #. Please make sure this # is on the box, on the original packing slip and is
packed well for shipping. Please write on the packing slip what you would like us to do with the item,
Exchange or Refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned product. All refunds will be returned to the
original form of payment. Credit cards will go back to the same card we have on file. Paypal will go
back on your Paypal account. If you sent a money order or check we will issues you a company check.
Broken Items
All claims need to be emailed to info@caboodleofcandles.com within 7 days. We work really hard to
make sure nothing is broken when you receive your items. But we also know that accidents happen
and we will replace the broken items and get the new ones sent out to you as soon as we receive the
broken items back
Errors
We have made every effort to insure that all information on this site is correct. We are not
responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies on this web site. Prices and Products on this
site and our catalog are subject to change without notice. Although all efforts will be made to keep
things updated as they arise. We reserve the right to change Caboodle of Candles store policy as
needed to fit our company’s growth and stability.

Candle burning is a big responsibility and it is your responsibility to follow all warnings
and instructions. All of our candle products come with recommended usage instructions
for your convenience. Please read them fully and remember that burning a candle is
meant to be enjoyed. Caboodle of Candles will not be responsible for any injuries or
damages of any kind due to the use of any candle product. Your purchase from
Caboodle of Candles is your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. We put a lot
of time and effort into our products so that your purchase will be something to
remember.
FYI: Please understand that due to the fact that our candles and soap lines are all hand poured/ handmade there may be a delay in shipping due to cure times.. We will notify you via email or phone if there are any delays.
